Customised Items

At The Beam Studio, we take great pride in crafting customised products with precision and care.

Due to the personalised nature of these items, we have specific guidelines regarding refunds and returns

Because customised items are made to your specifications and often include personal details (such as names, dates, or unique designs), we do not accept returns or offer refunds for these products unless:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective
  • There is a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect spelling, wrong design, or product)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or does not match the details you provided:

  1. Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
  2. Email us at hello@thebeamstudio.co.uk with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
  3. If the issue is confirmed to be our error or damage during transit, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders for customised items can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

After that point, we may have already started production, and cancellations will not be possible.

Accuracy of Information

Please double-check all spelling, dates, and design choices before finalising your order. We are not responsible for errors in the information provided by the customer.

Non-Customised Items

We want you to love your purchase fromThe Beam Studio. If you’re not completely satisfied with a non-customised item, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may return non-customised items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:

  1. Unused and in their original condition
  2. Returned in the original packaging

To start a return, please contact us at hello@thebeamstudio.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide instructions for sending your item back.

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you’d prefer an exchange (e.g., for a different size or design), please let us know when you initiate your return. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product:

  1. Contact us within 3 days of delivery.
  2. Email us photos of the item and packaging along with your order number.

We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
