Customised Items

Because customised items are made to your specifications and often include personal details (such as names, dates, or unique designs), I do not accept returns or offer refunds for these products unless:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective
  • There is a mistake on my part (e.g., incorrect spelling, wrong design, or product)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or does not match the details you provided:

  1. Contact me within 3 days of receiving your order.
  2. Email me at hello@thebeamstudio.co.uk with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
  3. If the issue is confirmed to be my error or damage during transit, I will offer a replacement or a full refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

After that point, I may have already started production, and cancellations will not be possible.

Accuracy of Information

Please double-check all spelling, dates, and design choices before finalising your order. I am not responsible for errors in the information provided by the customer.

Delivery

At The Beam Studios, I take great care in crafting and shipping your products to ensure they arrive safely and on time.

Where do you deliver to?

I currently deliver within the UK and as standard I use Royal Mail.

  • Your shipping options and prices are displayed at checkout.
  • Prices vary depending on size and weight of your item.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, I will provide a tracking number (where applicable).
  • I are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs processing.

  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order.
  • If you experience any issues with delivery, contact me.

Returns

You may return non-customised items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:

  1. Unused and in their original condition
  2. Returned in the original packaging

To start a return, please contact me at hello@thebeamstudio.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, I will provide instructions for sending your item back.

If you’d prefer an exchange (e.g., for a different size or design), please let us know when you initiate your return. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
